At Pyaray Babies, your satisfaction and your baby’s comfort are our top priorities. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs, so we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy.

You can return or exchange most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds are processed quickly once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Due to hygiene concerns, certain items such as underwear, socks, and customized products may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your bank account(that our support team takes you via  WhatsApp or Email) within [5–7 business days].

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Refunds may take a few additional days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Returns Due to Fit Issues (After Measuring)

If you measured your baby according to our size chart and the clothing item you received does not fit correctly, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 2-3 days from the date you received your order.
  • The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags still attached. We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear or washing, as we cannot resell them.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Please be prepared to provide the measurements you took and the size you ordered, as this helps us understand the issue and improve our sizing guidance

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account – Sometimes it takes a few days for the refund to reflect.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank – It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Look for refund confirmation – Check your email for any updates from us confirming the refund.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@pyaraybabies.com with your order number and refund request details. We’ll be happy to assist you further.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pyaraybabies.com, and to send your item, contact us on our social platforms.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Our return address will be provided to you when you contact us on our social platforms. To avoid any confusion or delays, please contact us before sending your return to confirm the correct return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
